People May Also Ask
1. When is the best season to join this Europe group tour?
While we operate year‑round, late spring and summer (May – July) give you the longest daylight and pleasant weather for Paris, Swiss Alps, and Italian piazzas. Our July 2025 departure is timed for warm days, mild evenings, and vibrant city events—perfect for first‑time European explorers.
2. How large is the typical group size?
We keep groups between 25 and 40 travellers. This balance offers a friendly atmosphere, individual attention from the tour manager, and smooth boarding on our luxury motor coach.
3. Which airport do we fly from, and where does the tour end?
Packages include return international flights from your chosen gateway (for many guests that’s Kochi, Bangalore , Delhi, or Dubai) to Paris, and you’ll fly home from Rome after Day 10—so you only unpack once per hotel stay and never back‑track.
4. Can I customise or extend my stay before or after the group tour?
Absolutely. Many guests add a night in Paris before Day 1 or stay on in Rome or Milan for shopping. Let our consultants know; we’ll adjust flights and hotels to suit you.
5. What documents must I carry during the trip?
Bring your passport (valid ≥ 6 months), stamped Schengen visa, travel‑insurance certificate, and a government‑issued photo ID. We provide the visa assistance and insurance for you.
6. How do we travel between countries on tour?
A dedicated air‑conditioned luxury motor coach carries the group across all seven countries—no repacking for trains—and includes panoramic windows, USB charging, and on‑board Wi‑Fi where available.
7. Will I have free time or optional excursions?
Yes. Evenings in Amiens, The Hague, and Ferrara are unstructured so you can stroll canals, cafés, or medieval streets at your own pace. Optional activities such as a night Seine cruise or Italian food tour can be booked on‑site with the tour manager.
8. What should I pack for varying European climates?
Pack light layers:
- breathable T‑shirts for Paris & Rome (25 – 30 °C),
- a fleece or light jacket for Mount Titlis (‑2 to 5 °C even in July),
-
waterproof shell for Rhine‑fall mist or summer showers,
plus comfy walking shoes and a universal travel adaptor.
9. Is Wi‑Fi available during the tour?
Complimentary Wi‑Fi is offered at all hotels (Holiday Inn Express, IBIS, MOXY, etc.) and on most stretches of our coach route. In Switzerland and Italy, mountain areas can have slower speeds—perfect time to enjoy the view!
10. Is this Europe group tour suitable for senior citizens and families with children?
Yes, our itinerary is designed to be comfortable for all age groups, including senior citizens and children. Daily sightseeing is balanced with rest time, hotels have modern amenities, and we travel by luxury coach to reduce fatigue.
